- Go to the top right hand corner of the homepage and click on the register button. Fill out all the boxes with an asterisk (*) on the side. Save your password somewhere safe for the future.

- How do I download the full catalog (pdf format)?
- Go to the center of the homepage, in the middle of the text is a link labeled as “Click Here,” click this link and wait 30 seconds while the pdf file downloads. Newer versions of adobe reader are required to download. If you need to download abode reader Click Here
- How do I have a catalog mailed to me?

Purchasing:
- How to purchase a product?
- Login or register if a new customer at the top right hand corner of the homepage
- Go to the product page of the product you would like to purchase.
- Select the appropriate color, option, size, and/or feature (when applicable)
- Select the appropriate quantity
- Insert the quantity of product you would like at the bottom of the page (note that it needs to be at the minimum amount)
- Continue shopping or go to the “Shopping Basket” at the upper left hand corner of the homepage. Select the “View Basket” button
- Verify information on the View Basket page
- Select the green “Continue to Purchase” button
- Verify shipping address
- Select UPS shipping option (if no shipping options appear it means the UPS server is down. Continue with purchasing and we will contact you to select the appropriate shipping and will bill you separately)
- Select the green “Continue to Purchase” button again
- Select type of payment and select the “Continue” button (PayPal is our preferred payment option)
i. Choose the Pay Pal option, and either enter your PayPal login information or if you don’t have one select the “Continue” button under the phrase “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and fill out all the appropriate information.
ii. If postal payment is preferred, an invoice will appear and allow you to print off.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- All major credit cards, check, or money order.
- What are the other charges beyond the price quoted on the website?
- There is NEVER a set-up or imprint fee.

- How to calculate shipping?
- Shipping is calculated automatically during the purchasing process. If the UPS shipping options and costs do not appear it means the UPS server is down and we will contact you directly to arrange shipping and will bill you separately.

- Where do I send art work, logos, images, and/or copy to?

- Can I use copyrighted material?
- No, unless you have the specific permission from the owner of the specific copyrighted material.
- What is camera-ready art work or vector files?
- Camera-ready or vector files, refers to original high resolution files (including the following formats: .eps, .ai, etc.)
- What formats are accepted?
- We prefer vector files, but can make almost any image work.
- What if I do not have the art work in the correct format?

- Go to the bottom right hand corner of the homepage and place your email address in the blank space in the Free Newsletter box and select the “Join Now” button.
- Do you have other products not listed online?
- Yes, contact us for additional product ideas.
- Can I order less than the minimum quantity shown?
- No, each product has a minimum order quantity, therefore you must purchase atleast the minimum allowed amount (each product page shows that each quantity minimum is)
- Is ordering online secure?
- Yes we use PayPal, an extremely secure system. To guarantee you a secure and safe payment system. Additional payment options include mailing us a check or money order.
- How safe is my personal information?
